Meet the Experts Behind Electrified Marina

Erick Pinzon, Jr. Electric Propulsion Specialist

Erick began his career as a technician for BMW before a transformative ride in a Tesla Roadster in 2011 shifted his perspective on transportation. He spent 9 years with Tesla, working around the country in various roles where he was instrumental in installing hundreds of charging stations and launching EV adoption. Since collaborating with Erin Gatling in 2022, he has become the voice for the push towards electric propulsion.

Annamaria Bathory Head of Operations

Annamaria Bathory is Electrified Marina’s powerhouse. With a knack for scaling businesses and a colorful background, Annamaria brings bold energy and diverse expertise to the table. Fluent in English and Hungarian, she is a bridge-builder who thrives on connection and culture.

Erin Gatling Co-Owner & Co-Founder

From the first SpaceX Falcon 1 orbital launch to the Falcon Heavy, Erin's fingerprints were all over every rocket that lifted off. As our in-house sailor, she and her family have explored over 6,300 nautical miles on their fully electric catamaran.

Robert (Bob) Rubano Lead Service Technician

After 20 years in the Navy, Robert joined Electrified Marina to bring his expertise as a service tech. With ABYC certification and years of experience as a software engineer, he understands the ins and outs of our electric boats to ensure your vessel is always ready for the water.
