Guangdong ePropulsion Technology Limited warrants that new products sold by ePropulsion or authorized distributors/dealers are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipping. A defect is defined as any actual condition differing from agreed terms or published specifications.

• Coverage & Scope: Applicable globally wherever ePropulsion or its authorized dealers operate, subject to national import/export regulations and standard warranty limitations.
• Remedies: ePropulsion will provide necessary repairs or replacements to correct covered defects during the warranty period.
• Transferability: If transferred to a subsequent owner, the second purchaser should notify ePropulsion in writing (e.g., via email at service@epropulsion.com) upon taking possession.
• Intended Use: Applies strictly to recreational consumer use. Commercial or professional use (excluding specified light commercial exceptions) is not covered under this limited warranty and defaults to local statutory regulations.
• Consumer Rights: Does not restrict or diminish any statutory legal rights or dealer contract claims provided by your country of residence, which remain free of charge to assert.
