ePropulsion Navy 6.0 EVO 9.9 HP

The ePropulsion Navy 6.0 Evo is the most powerful model in the Navy series, delivering a robust 6kW of power—equivalent to a 9.9 HP gasoline outboard. It is the ideal propulsion solution for larger aluminum fishing boats, RIBs, workboats, and cruising sailboats up to 6 tons.

Unlike the portable Spirit series, the Navy 6.0 Evo runs on a 48V external battery system. It combines heavy-duty performance with the signature quiet, maintenance-free operation of electric drive. It also features advanced hydrogeneration, allowing sailboats to recharge their batteries while under sail.

Shaft Sizing Guide

The Navy 6.0 Evo uses fixed shaft lengths. Because this motor is larger, the shaft length definitions differ slightly from the smaller motors.

• Short Shaft (S): Shaft length 25.2" (64 cm) — Recommended for transom heights of roughly 15"–20" (40–50 cm).
• Long Shaft (L): Shaft length 30.1" (76.5 cm) — Recommended for transom heights over 20" (50 cm).Sizing Tip: Measure vertically from the top of the transom to the bottom of the hull. Ensure the anti-ventilation plate sits below the water line but not deep enough to create excessive drag.
